Make anything that moves and you’ll need power. Make anything connected or ‘smart’, and you’ll need to connect it to a power source. Demand for energy will only increase as we digitize the world. But our existing energy systems are killing the planet.

So energy technology could be seen as the great enabler of everything. We urgently need to speed up the shift towards a cleaner, CO-neutral energy system – but we must do so without compromising on affordability and reliable supply.

About 60 innovation professionals from the private sector (established companies of all sizes and startups), from government and from academia will come together on the 16th of November at Cercle de Lorraine. They will compare notes on the challenges that keep them up at night, and on the opportunities they see – and figure out where collaboration would be meaningful.
